Caller ID/Call Logging
Callser ID displays the incoming caller's phone number, or name and number(if provided by the local Telco), when used with a Panasonic system display phone. Calls that are answered or not answered that are directed to a group or an individual extension can be logged, and the total calls that can be logged are assignable through system programming on a per extension basis. Logged calls can be called back by going off-hook while viewing the display and pushing the redial key. There are also up to 1,000 programmable entries of name and number for Caller ID service that can be administered by either the user or the system programmer. When you place a call the system will place the number in a Call Log of the last 10 numbers that were dialed for easy redial.

Uniform Call Distribution.
Systematically distributes calls among a group of operators or sales agents. When all lines are busy, outside callers receive a single message for the entire group. During extremely busy periods, the system will route overflow calls to another group of extensions based on a pre-programmed timetable.

Automatic Route Selection
can help reduce long distance charges by automatically routing calls to the most cost-effective long distance carrier in your network. Selection can be pre-programmed to switch carriers based on time of day, day of week and call destination tables.

Computer Telephony Integration.
The KX-T7601 is a USB port that connects your phone to your computer which allows your phone to link to a Local Area Network (LAN) for unprecedented call management capability. Now computer files with background and important information can be automatically displayed to sales agents, service departments, doctor's assistants, etc., when a customer calls.

Speed Dial
The KX-TDA provides up to 1000 system speed dial numbers(32 digits long for each) for all extension users. Both the user and the system administrator can program system speed dial numbers and names. Additionally, the KX-T7633 and KX-T7636 allow you to scrol through the speed dial list, and simly hit the speakerphone key to dial the number.

Just hit a button on your telephone if you want to take the call?if not, simply let the Panasonic Voice Processor handle it.
